Papadam in Berlin

It was the first time I ordered from Papadam based on a recommendation. Instead of the planned 60 minutes, the meal came after 35 minutes. It was all still hot, the naan was delicious, the red lentil soup too and the Murgh Tikka was so delicious that I would have liked to have ordered a second serving for tomorrow :-) The portion was also very generous! I would like to order from you again! Keep it up!

I can't understand the bad reviews. We eat there regularly and have never had any problems with the staff. I think how it calls into the forest ... So far, always delicious food and if the restaurant was full and we hadn't made a reservation again, they always managed to get us a table. The delivery service is quick and friendly. Hopefully it's up again soon.

Finally an Indian restaurant where you feel good. With great attention to detail. Everything was very clean and so cozy! The food is delicious! You just like to come here and you will definitely be a repeat offender 😂!

We eat here at least 1-2 times a year. It is always very tasty to have the waiters very friendly and also for fun. The price-performance ratio is very good. Today we had cocktails, tea, starters, and main courses. Gladly again.

Such a good hospitality and amazing food. Our youngest one (6 yr) eat more than usual. I personally really love your Lamb curry. We really enjoyed our dining time here. Highly recommended!

Nice place it looks good at night and have good service

This place is just great! It is decorated in an Indian style and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The kitchen cooks fabulous food which can be found in a large menu!

Somehow it subsides more and more from time to time. The portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. We also had to wait 45 minutes for the food. The waitress simply snatches the cutlery out of your hand when you have nothing left on your plate. Attentive staff or not - give the guests some “space and air and time”.

Definitely not recommended for chicken biryani. Capsicum, cauliflower, beans,peas and some chicken is what you will find in chicken biryani.

Just fantastic - we placed an order for delivery and got the samosas, bhindi masala (okra), and paneer jhalfrezi. Everything was delicious. The bhindi masala was my personal favorite. This will be one of our go-to takeout spots from now on!

Papadam is a "Fine dine" Indian restaurant beautifully decorated near U Kurt Schumacher platz.Indian civilization is seen inside this restaurant.The food here is very good and tastes good.Only one thing, this is expensive restaurant sure, but all the facilities are according to that.I saw such decoration and beauty in this restaurant which I never saw.Its beauty touched my heart. Amazing and superb!!

You have to reserve a table over phone or they will turn you down. It’s a small place with not many tables. Food is good but needs lot is planning. Seems like not a good option.

this is the best Indian restaurant I've been on Berlin. totally recommend it. in the end they serve a tiny shot of mango and guava juice that is just perfect!

Tasty Indian food...recommended..but poor service. Butter chicken and the garlic naan was perfect. Also Great Tikka Masala and Chili curry. The service was poor, difficult to get a waiter, and they looked very stressed.

Horrible experience. The waiter was arrogant, tried to bring stuff we had not ordered and made us feel unwanted because we do not speak German. Manager was borderline xenophobic. If you are visiting Berlin go anywhere else. Great place just a few blocks away had fantastic food and service: Doreedos.
